I've spent 20+ years in software engineering, DevOps, and SRE. I've reached senior twice, first as a Senior Software Engineer, then as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer.
I focus on practical, real-world engineering. This means systems thinking, reliability, clear communication, and intentional career development. My goal is to give you the grounded, direct guidance I wish I'd had earlier in my career.
